Guest rooms will have your choice of two Queen beds, King bed with Full sleeper sofa and balcony (E facing 1st floor guest rooms have terrace), or 1 Queen bed ADA room (no balcony). ONLY DELUXE (limited view) and PREMIUM (ocean view) guest rooms offer view.  Standard guest rooms and ADA rooms do not have a water view. This is a pet-free building so NO PETS are permitted.
